The Age of Aquarius is coming our way. Emptiness, insanity, and pain shall be everybody’s affair. People will hit walls to find out where they can go. They shall come to you. As insane as they are, if you do not take away their pain, and instead you sit in judgment, you are wrong people.Yogi Bhajan

These profound words, expressed by Yogi Bhajan before a class of Kundalini Yoga trainee teachers in the late 1960s, are more appropriate today than anyone back then could ever have imagined.

The Aquarian Age of which he spoke is clearly presenting itself to us now. With addiction, depression and fatigue related illnesses reaching endemic proportions, humanity is increasingly disconnecting. Yogi Bhajan anticipated this, and set about dedicating his life to making Kundalini Yoga teachers who would help generations after them navigate the pressures of today’s world through the practice of yoga and meditation.

Often referred to as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga is arguably the most powerful yoga out there. Scientific research provides evidence that Kundalini Yoga can have an immense positive impact on the physical and psychological health of society, and as practitioners we know first hand how true this is.
